Support for BioSonics model 102 tuples

Echoview can read the following BioSonics Model 102 tuples from .hac data files:

BioSonics model 102 echosounder (100)
BioSonics model 102 channel (1000)
BioSonics model 102 channel (1001)

Read support for BioSonics model 102 channel (1000) tuples is limited as follows:

Only hardware channels 1 (narrow beam) and 2 (wide beam) are supported
Data from hardware channel 3 (if present) will be ignored
Only channels containing volts data are supported
Only channels with 20 log R TVG are supported
Volts data are converted to Sv data
Conversion of volts data to TS data is not provided
Calibration is limited to entering a calibration offset
The multiplexing mode field in the echosounder tuple is ignored
