There are two exports types for fish track analyses:
Note: You must have a licensed Fish tracking module to export fish tracks.
Exports analysis variables for fish tracks to a .csv file. Each line of the output file contains the analysis variables for a single fish track.
To choose the fish track analysis variables to export:
Display the EV File Properties dialog box.
Click the Export tab.
Under Export these analysis variables, select the analysis variables you wish to export.
Click OK.
To export an analysis of fish track by regions:
Bring the single target echogram with detected fish tracks into focus.
On the Echogram menu, point to Export, point to Analysis by Regions and then clickFish Tracks.
If you have defined region classes, you can choose a region class to export.
Choose a folder and filename for the .csv file.
Click OK.
Exports analysis variables for fish tracks and identifies the cell in which the fish track is located. Each line of the output file(s) contains the analysis variables for a single fish track and the cell (identified by the Layer and Interval values) in which the fish track is located. You must choose between two output formats (see Export page of the EV File Properties dialog box for more information):
Spreadsheet - a single .csv file.
Database - five related .csv files, including a targets.csv file that contains the properties of the single targets in fish tracks.
To choose the export format:
Display the EV File Properties dialog box.
Click the Export tab.
In the Analysis by cells section choose the required export format.
Click OK.
To choose the fish track analysis variables to export:
Display the EV File Properties dialog box.
Click the Export tab.
Under Export these analysis variables, select the analysis variables you wish to export.
Click OK.
To export an analysis of fish track by cells:
Bring the single target echogram with detected fish tracks into focus.
Define a grid (if not already done).
On the Echogram menu, point to Export, point to Analysis by Cells and then clickFish Tracks.
Choose a folder and filename for the file(s).
Click OK.
