Echoview allows you to import line from line definition (.evl) files.
To import a line:
On the File menu, click Import.
In the Files of type box, click Line definition (*.evl).
Locate and select the .evl file(s) you wish to import.
Click Open.
On the Import Line Definition File dialog box select the manner in which you wish to import the line and click Import.
Notes:
Line data are time-based and an import will only be meaningful if the EV file into which you are importing the data covers the same time period as line.
Virtual lines that have been exported in .evl files will not be re-imported as virtual lines. They will treated as a line, not a virtual line.
