BioSonics model 102 tuples: volts to Sv
Volts are converted to Sv data using the formula in Simard, Y et al 2000. "CH2, Canadian Hydroacoustic Data Analysis Tool 2 User's Manual (version 2.0)", pp 8-45.
When using that formula:
SL = Calibration source level + Transmitter attenuation setting
RS = Calibration receiving sensitivity
Where:
Calibration source level is read from the channel tuple.
Transmitter attenuation setting is read from the echosounder tuple.
Calibration receiving sensitivity is read from the channel tuple.
