Navico Group Lowrance (sonar log) data files

Echoview supports Lowrance sonar logs recorded to *.slg, *.sl2, *.sl3 data files recorded by Navico Group Lowrance fish finders. This includes the HDS and Elite product lines and other echosounders that record to this format (such as consumer Simrad).

Echoview derives unspecified dB, position or heading raw variables from:

*.slg files containing Primary channel data, and
*.sl2 and *.sl3 files containing Primary channel, Secondary channel, Downscan, Sidescan, position or heading data.

Ensure that the file extension matches the recording file format. Echoview may fail to load the file if there is a mismatch between the internally recorded file format and the file extension.
