Support for BioSonics model 102 tuples

Echoview can read the following BioSonics Model 102 tuples from .hac data files:

• BioSonics model 102 echosounder (100)

• BioSonics model 102 channel (1000)

• BioSonics model 102 channel (1001)

Read support for BioSonics model 102 channel (1000) tuples is limited as follows:

• Only hardware channels 1 (narrow beam) and 2 (wide beam) are supported as raw variables

• Data from hardware channel 3 (if present) will be ignored

• Only channels containing volts data are supported

• Only channels with 20 log R TVG are supported

• Volts data are converted to Sv data

• Conversion of volts data to TS data is not provided

• Calibration is limited to entering a calibration offset

• The multiplexing mode field in the echosounder tuple is ignored

Read support for BioSonics model 102 channel (1001) tuples is limited as follows:

• Absorption of sound field read and used for calibration
