New for users of data from BioSonics echosounders

This page summarizes the new features, improvements and other changes that have been implemented in Echoview 7 which specifically affect the use of data from BioSonics echosounders.

CalibrationOffset setting removed

To simplify calibration settings, CalibrationOffset is no longer used with BioSonics data. Pre-Echoview 7 EV files that used CalibrationOffset in the ECS file will require editing to correctly apply CalibrationOffsetSv and/or CalibrationOffsetTs instead.
