Multibeam target samples bitmap
This operator creates a Boolean (bitmap) variable which has the same ping geometry as the first operand. Datapoint values will be false when samples on a ping in the first operand do not fall within the target outlines in the corresponding ping of the second operand. The range of the target outlines is used towards determining this. Pings are matched via their time stamps. The operator is licensed under the Multibeam Fish tracking module.
It accepts operands of the following data types:
Operand 1 |
Operand 2 |

Usage
The Multibeam target samples bitmap operator enables the filtering of multibeam target sample data. To view multibeam sample data from detected multibeam targets, use the Multibeam target sample bitmap operator followed by a Mask operator. The Mask variable data may be viewed in a multibeam echogram or in the 4D View window. The 4D View window time slider can display sample data from a single or multiple pings, and the window also has access to color schemes, color display settings and thresholds.
