Sector Select
This operator extracts a major or minor sector from a ping matrix, corresponding to the given tilt/bearing angle. The output variable data types are Multibeam angular position, Multibeam Sv, Multibeam TS or Multibeam unspecified dB, matched to whichever operand is used.

Sector Select
Sector Direction
Select the Minor-axis or Major-axis sector of the matrix data. The minor sector is a beam fan at a displayed bearing angle, which is the vertical slice of the matrix. The major sector is a beam fan at a displayed tilt angle which is a horizontal slice of the matrix.
Sector Selection
Select the Sector angle in degrees from the listed sectors. Angles are relative to the configuration in ping 0.
If a major sector is chosen, select a minor angle from Sector 0 (-45 °) to Sector 19 (0°). If a minor sector is chosen, select a major angle from Sector 0 (-30°) to Sector 24 (30°).
