Region_top_altitude_max

Region_top_altitude_max is an analysis export variable for by regions or a by regions by cells export.

It reports the maximum altitude (m) of the region's top boundary above the Exclude below line. A valid altitude requires a valid Exclude below line and a valid top region boundary.

For an analysis by regions by cells, the altitude is calculated based on whatever part of the region is in the cell. If a upper cell boundary intersects the region, the altitude is taken to be the cell boundary.

This variable is exported only if it is selected on the Export page of the EV File Properties dialog box.

Note: Where a region intersects an exclusion line Echoview exports a calculated altitude value. Prior to Echoview 13, it exported no data.
