About linking graphs
Overview
A linked graph is a graph that has been linked to the current selection and/or currently selected region, and updates in response to a change in selection/region. Linked graphs are saved to the workspace, but no selection/region is shown when Echoview is reopened.
Linked graphs are updated as follows:
If a graph is linked to a ... |
Then the graph is updated when ... |
selection |
the selection changes or data is affected by a change in Variable Properties. |
region |
a new region is selected or data is affected by a change in Variable Properties. |
selection and region |
the selection changes or a new region is selected or data is affected by a change in Variable Properties. |
Note: When Graph menu, Linking, Off is specified, the last selection/region remains displayed and will not update with a change in selection/region. The graph may update when data is affected by a change in Variable Properties.
