Relative Mean dB Graph Properties dialog box

The Relative Mean dB graph properties dialog box is used to configure the Relative Mean dB graph.

To display the Relative Mean dB graph properties dialog box:

  1. On the View menu, point to Graph, then click Relative Mean dB
  2. If the Relative Mean dB graph is displayed, on the Graph menu, click Graph properties
    - OR -
    On the Graph, display the Shortcut menu (right-click) and select Properties (F8)

The Relative Mean dB graph properties dialog box has the following sections:

Variables section

The Variables section displays all Sv and unspecified dB variables in the EV file. You can specify and manually order the variables that will be graphed. The reference variable is marked when it is specified.

To include a variable in the graph select it in the Variables list.

To set the reference variable, against which others will be normalized:

  1. Click the variable name in the Variables list
  2. Click Set Reference
    If a reference variable is specified, the variable appears with a value of 0 in the graph.
    Note: When no reference variable is selected, the reference is 0dB.

To order the list of variables on the graph:

  1. Click a variable name in the Variables list
  2. Click Move Up to move it up the list (left on the graph)
  3. Click Move Down to move it down the list (right on the graph)

X-axis tick marks

Select Frequency to denote X-axis tick marks with variable name frequency values.

Select Variable name to denote X-axis tick marks with the variable names.
