Trained Model Bitmap (experimental)

This operator creates a bitmap using a trained inference model that represents a chosen feature in an acoustic variable.

This is an experimental operator that uses machine learning techniques.

Echoview accepts a single operand of the following data types as input:

• Complex power dB
• Complex Sv
• Complex TS
• Power dB
• Pulse compressed complex power dB
• Pulse compressed complex Sv
• Pulse compressed complex TS
• Sv
• TS
• Unspecified dB

Description

Feature to detect

Choose the feature you wish to detect from the drop-down menu. The list includes Bottom exclusion Uses an inference model to generate a 10m wide band commencing from the first sample immediately below the bottom that it detects in your echogram. Samples within this band have true Boolean values in the output bitmap. It performs optimally with input data that resembles the bottom exclusion Machine Learning Training Dataset. The output may be a diagnostic tool for the Trained model bottom exclusion (experimental) operator and Line picking algorithm.
