New in Echoview 1.40

Automated EV file management during live viewing

A new dialog (live viewing configuration) has been added. This dialog accessed from the File/Configuration menu, and allows Echoview to be configured for unattended operation during live viewing. See Live viewing configuration dialog. Please note that if you wish to use these facilities then you should ensure that you upgrade to version 1.40.00 or later of the Echolog_EK and Echosim_EK programs. This was released with Echoview 1.40.01.

Schools module

This module provides for the detection of schools. School detection (limited to 20 schools and no export of detected variables) is available even if you have not purchased the module. See Detect schools dialog, Schools module variables and Schools pages. This was released with Echoview 1.40.32.

BioSonics DT4 format (BETA)

Preliminary support has been added for the BioSonics DT4 file format. This was released with Echoview 1.40.32.

Echo integration module speed improvements

The speed of echo integration has been significantly improved over previous versions, particularly when integrating with a large number of layers. This was released with Echoview 1.40.32.
