Automatic GPS processing during live viewing

GPS data are now automatically processed during live viewing for neater cruise track displays.

Kaijo support extended

Kaijo support has been extended to all file types but only tested with KFC-1000, KFC-2000, KFC-3000 and KFC-5000.

Kaijo color scheme added

Echoview automatically replaces the standard color scheme with the Kaijo color scheme for Kaijo data files.

Echoview now works on NT- J (Japanese)

Echoview V1.51 can be used on Windows NT(4.0) - J for Japanese users of Echoview with consistent echogram font sizes between NT-US and NT-J.

Echoview now fully supports BioSonics DT series

Version 1.51.03 of Echoview includes DT4 file support. While previous versions of Echoview would display DT4 files, it was difficult to set up the correct constants for proper operation.

Echoview supports BioSonics DT series echosounders, including the DT4000, DT5000 and DT6000.

The Sonar Calculator

The Sonar Calculator is used to calculate "Sound speed" and "Absorption coefficient" in both salt and fresh water.

Context sensitive data point information

There is a separate data point Information dialog for each type of echosounder file (BioSonics, EchoListener, Kaijo and Simrad).
