Support for BioSonics Model 102 tuples in HAC files

Limited read support for BioSonics Model 102 channel (1000) and echosounder (100) tuples has been added to Echoview. See Support for BioSonics model 102 tuples (1000) for more information.

Multiplexed dt4 files support improved

Multiplexed DT4 files collected under certain circumstances have pings at the beginning that have no time assigned to them. Echoview has been improved to assign valid times to these isolated pings. These pings could previously have caused time ordering warnings or other problems in Echoview. See BioSonics files for more details.
