Transect Properties dialog box

To open the Transect Properties dialog box for a transect:

1. Double-click on the transect group object in the Dataflow window to open the transect group table to view the transects in that transect group.
2. Right-click on a transect to open the shortcut menu, and choose Transect Properties.

The dialog box displays the General page.

General page

Each transect comprises these properties. Click into the text box for a field to modify the property.

Property	Description
ID	An integer representing the index or transect number (read-only)
Name	A string—this must be unique within the transect group
Start time	yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.sss
Stop time	yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.sss
Notes	A field to input your customized description (optional)
