Region Bitmap

This operator is used to create a bitmap of the area corresponding to regions of specified type and/or classification. (See also Wideband frequency response considerations.)

The input variable is used to determine the ping times and ping geometry.

Echoview accepts a single operand of the following data types as input:

Description

Invert output

Select this checkbox to invert the output i.e., data points within (the selected) regions are false. Otherwise they are true.

Region type

Choose All to output a bitmap with all the displayed region types.

Choose Selection to customize the region types to include in the bitmap.

Region class

Choose All to output a bitmap with all the displayed region classes.

Choose Selection to customize the region classes to include in the bitmap. The selected region class will be set to visible on the regions page.
