Importing 2D regions

Echoview allows you to import 2D regions from 2D region definition (.evr) files.

To import 2D regions:

1. On the File menu, click Import.

2. In the Files of type box, click Region definition (*.evr).

3. Locate and select the .evr file(s) you wish to import.

4. Click Open.

5. On the Import Region Definitions dialog box, do one of the following:

   1. Yes—delete all existing regions in the EV file before importing
   2. No—keep existing regions

Note: 2D Region definitions are time-based and an import will only be meaningful if the EV file into which you are importing the data covers the same time period as regions.
