Viewing fish tracks

Fish tracks are displayed on single targets echograms as regions. For information explaining how to interpret fish track regions, see About fish track regions.

Fish tracks can also be viewed on the following graphs:

Four graphs

  • Minor-axis distance vs. Major-axis distance

  • Major-axis distance vs Ping number

  • Range vs. Major-axis distance

  • Range vs. Ping number

Fish tracks are displayed by connecting single target dots with a line of the same color as the region which defines the track on the underlying single targets echogram.

3D Single targets graph

3D graph of single targets in a selection or region on a single target echogram. Fish tracks that are located in the region or selection are displayed as single targets joined by a series of arrows indicating the direction of movement.
