About vacuoles
Vacuoles are holes within 3D regions and are also represented by triangulated irregular networks.
They exist only as elements of a 3D region and may be viewed on a scene only if the 3D region with which they fall is transparent. They may be seen also on the Vacuoles page of the 3D Region Properties dialog box.
You can apply color and transparency settings to 3D regions on the 3D Display page of the Region Class Properties dialog box.
