Exporting speed data
Speed data can be exported from Echoview to a *.speed.csv file.
To export speed data:
- On the Dataflow window, select the speed variable.
- Right-click, select Export, Data Values...
- Configure the export and click Export.
- Under File name specify a file path.
- Click Save.
Speed data export files (*.speed.csv)
The first line of the .speed.csv file lists the variables that are exported (these will be used as column headings if the file is loaded into a spreadsheet program). Each subsequent line contains the values for each variable for a water current datum.
The following data are exported.

Note: Files in this format (*.speed.csv) can be added into an EV file and read by Echoview as a raw variable.
