Creating, renaming and deleting filesets

Creating

Click on the button on the Filesets window.

Alternatively, select the Filesets window then click on the Fileset button on the tool bar, and choose New Fileset to display the Fileset Properties dialog box for more options.

Utilizing multiple filesets

Data files from different echosounders, Echoview Text data files or stand-alone (i.e., not associated with raw echosounder data) media data require their own filesets.

Renaming

In the Filesets window right-click on the tab of the fileset and select Rename from the drop-down menu.

Or right-click on the tab of the fileset and select Fileset Properties dialog box for more options.

Each Fileset must have a unique name.

Note: For raw variables that use dynamic names, a Dynamic name that includes the fileset name doesn't update when a fileset is renamed.

Deleting

In the Filesets window right-click on the tab of the fileset and click on the button.

You cannot delete Fileset 1.
