Exporting length data
Length data can be exported from Echoview to a *.length.csv file.
To export length data:
- On the Dataflow window, select the length variable.
- Right-click, select Export, Data Values...
- Configure the export and click Export.
- Under File name specify a file path.
- Click Save.
Length data export files (*.length.csv)
The first line of the .length.csv file lists the variables that are exported (these will be used as column headings if the file is loaded into a spreadsheet program). Each subsequent line contains the values for each variable for a length datum.
The following data are exported.

Value length in meters. e.g. tow line length from tow point to the towed body. |

Note: Files in this format (*.length.csv) can be added into an EV file and read by Echoview as a raw variable.
