About Exporter objects
Exporter objects on the Dataflow window allow you to configure a custom export, include notes and be able to repeat/remember an export in Echoview.
Exporter objects are created via the Dataflow Toolbox or on the Dataflow window. The Exporter settings are specified on the Exporter Properties dialog box. Exporter object property values may be exported to a text file via the Shortcut (right-click) menu, Export, Settings.
After configuring the Exporter object, to export results to a file:
- Double click the Exporter object. Or, move the mouse pointer over the Exporter object and right-click, then select Export, Analysis ...
- Specify a file name and path. Click Save.
The Shortcut (right-click) menu of the exporter object includes, Export, Show Previous Export In File Explorer. This information is also displayed for the exporter on the Details dialog box under General, Previous export path.
Exporters of the same Exporter type support the editing of Variable Properties for selected multiple variables.

The command interface supports exporter objects, exporter properties and the Export action. COM scripting supports creating an exporter, exporter objects and the exporters collection.
